If the was a star bellow 1 I would rate you guys with, I have been blocked to assess my fund's weeks ago iv been going in and out of your branch with no help from waiting 2hours to be assisted and going home with no positive response, calling and received no proper help. Ask Capitec to train your staff in East London branch and fix this # FICA thing it's draining people I didn't have money for food the whole weekend my kids went to school with no lunch.
