Blocked account

My account is blocked because apparently nedbank require you to update fica details every 5 years however im not even banking with them for a year yet. I recently opened my account because i had the same problem with capitec. Its so inconvenient because im now unable to access my only funds due to this. I buy and sell second hand office furniture as means of income. Just yesterday after a customer paid me my account got blocked.i feel that they can atleast allow me to access my funds while processing the updated fica information as i have kids to see to.
