Blacklisted because Nedbank Employee Tries to Commit ***** with my details

I went to a nedbank branch where I tried to apply for a loan. The amount they were offering me wasn't enough so I walked away from the deal. Only when I try to go to Capitec the bank I bank with I am told that I have a ***** alert. I contact the South African ***** Prevention Services and they tell me to contact Nedbank. I went straight to the branch that I tried to apply for a loan with and was told that the person who was assisting me just left his job and no one knows of his whereabouts. I have submitted all sorts of documents to Nedvank upon their request but only to be told by the lady hanfling my case that she will not clear my name when its obvious that it was their former employee who was commiting ***** noww i am stuck with this problem and I cannot apply for vehicle finance. I will not rest till my name is clear. I have been taking care of my credit profile only to be abused by bank officials.
