In one week Nedbank just gave me a headache I've been with Nedbank for almost 10 years with no problem, but recently it gave problems. I went to an ATM in Durban town and did a cardless withdrawal when I finished puting all the details required the Atm machine just restarted itself, when I go to a different one it says voucher already used I went to the branch and they advised me to call the call Centre to log on a query did so and 3-4 days of working days I received an sms advising muh money will be reversed in next 2 working days. What a relief.
