Birch acres Nedbank Worst service

Nebank Birch Acres mall ,been standing in the queue for 1hr but they now cutting me off at 11: 30 saying they are closing at 12 therefore they won't assist, and the guy managing the queue is not even dressed appropriately white untied sneakers it just shows the type of service provided to township branch no respect for people and their time
