This bank keeps charging me 8.50 not knowing for what. Called the call centre and spoke to a consultant who I have his employee number and was so rude Nb328364 Case number ***3 and asked him to reverse the charges for me but he didn't do anything to help me. Then he said he did a case for me for not reversing the charges so I don't understand what the case is for. These charges have been happening for months imagine how much money I have lost because it's 8.50 rand per transaction. Is this how you rob people of their monies
