Big Ups to the Green Bank

Firstly, I want to give credit to Nedbank for owning up to the mess created by their process and refund the money that went out of my account.

The reason I did not give 5 stars which I wanted to give is due to the fact that I was not provided with the detailed feedback of what transpired like who used my card from where so that I can avoid going to some places this busy festive season if their merchants are not safe.

The second reason is that I am now unable to request a new card because the old one must be reactivated by removing holds before I can request a new card. I am not happy to continue using this card because it is such an inconvenience when the funds are lost plus, I was told to call the ***** department and when I did previously, I had to wait for 45 minutes before I could be served.

his was after having been transferred to multiple people and calls dripping so I rather opt for not using the card this December if they cannot call me.

But nevertheless, thanks for returning my money, I will wait for the detailed report as requested.
