Big Ups to Shouneez

I would like to sent a big thank you to Shouneez for being so efficient on handling my call and going the extra mile to ensure my query went to the relevant department. Shouneez took the time to understand what my call was about and as soon as she noticed that i'm calling from a cellphone she offered to call me back ( which she did within a minute) so that I can save some airtime, she was very patient, friendly and upbeat. This is the type of a person that Nedbank is lucky to have as an employee and i hope she's being appreciated for her effeciency dealing with clients and prospective clients.
