Biased Nedbank Personal Loans. Account is Prescribed as per act 68 of 1969 but they still DEMAND payment

Thank you for the threating sms you forwarded me in regard to account number: PLDP101756.

As per South African Law in regard to Prescription act of 68 of 1969. This debt is much older than 3 years. Also, the account was sold to an external debtor which I also informed that this account was Prescribed as per act 68 of 1969. I was informed that they would look into it, and they will advise. Which was not done, this is also ******* as per the Popi Act as I did not give my permission for you to use my personal details.

So threading sms's like this: Nedbank Legal Recoveries. Marius Venter you did not respond to the legal notice. We may now proceed with legal action, which may result in your movable assets being seized for the outstanding balance of R 96653.5 Call us TODAY on *** to avoid this process. ***

Is unjust and deformation of my character. Close this account now for once and for all and forward me proof there off OR will be forced to take this matter further and will be forced to contact all the mayor newspapers to place an artikel in it so that everyone can read and to be informed of matters like this.

I want feedback in this regard before end of business today, 24 March 2025, if not received I will contact all the mayor newspapers as I am now fed-up with this.
