Beyond pleased with Tasneem's service from Nedbank

I am truly speechless with the type of service I received from Tasneem. All I can say is that she went over and above her call of duty to assist me, to make sure I get what I came for, she did this with friendliness and patience. She made it a point that the other branch she referred me to assisted me fully. The bank was full on that day and yet she did not rush me nor get irritated, she answered all my questions thoroughly and educated me on Nedbank products and options I was not aware of. I am truly pleased with her service and I so no reason to not be a full loyal customer of Nedbank. I truly hope she is rewarded in some way for this may it be a 2 hour lunch or half day or even a gift as it is find to hard such individuals that represents the company so perfectly.
