Beyond disappointed in NEDBANK SMALL BUSINESS CLIENT SERVICES.

I am so disappointed in the Nedbank Small Business department. App**** for a business account on 26 March 2024. Almost two weeks later and still no business account is open. I am not going to name and shame people but Nedbank's small business salespeople/ consultants are not professional. No follow-up emails or calls. I spend R500 airtime of my own money calling them. I sent them 69 emails. To this date (05/04/2024) all that was mentioned was that there is a technical problem on a profile they created for me. This was 5 days ago.
