Beware of Nedbank insurance and Europecar! I think they **** people!

I am insured with Nedbank. Very often, i get told it is auto and general, but i signed with Nedbank insurance. Nedbank chooses a rental company on your behalf when your car is involved in an accident. I queried it on my first incident. While the incident was very minor but you are now given these rentals that come with different sets of terms. Europecar is a car rental that was given to me. They say if you get involved in an accident, you pay R4500. Why is this risk passed to me when i have the insurance i am paying on a monthly basis to cover my risks while driving?? Europecar gave me the car that was not safe. This car is trackable and you are being follwed wherever you go and where they find a car parked, they open it with a key and take your belongings. I was ****** off my belongings (samsung s25 and s9) that i had safely put in the cabion of the rental car from Europecar on the 24th March. When i returned the car back to the rental they refused to change it instead they demanded that i pay R4500 due the people that opned the car and stole my belongings! Why should this risk be pushed to me when i pay Nedbank insurance for this risk?? Remember, Nedbank insurance are still going to pay Europecar! This is a **** colluded between these 2 companies. I told Nedbank before that i am not happy with Europecar in my first incident. Also, why do they choose Europecar for me even i expressed unhappiness? First instance Europecar deducted R50 out of my deposit and deducted some R550. When i query it they said it was for admin and late return!! The admin was never mentioned anywhere, the late return was never mentioned anywhere, by the way i had returned the car at around 15h00 when it was late delivered to me at around 12h00. The rental was for a month untill my car repairs were done but it was completed way earlier than a month. I took this up with Nedbank, who paid all the money back. However, these 2 companies are robbing people off their money through different mechanism. I am not happy with Nedbank insurance and i m extremely unhappy with Europecar rentals, i think they are a ****. I pay my monthly premiums without fail with Nedbank insurance and they must do their job for what i pay them instead of leaving me this day-light ******* in the form of Europecar! If Nedbank does not fix this mess, i guess the time has come that we part ways but people out there beware of this collusion! I experienced it 2 times. On the 25th March, i was ****** yet again in same car Europecar refused to change due R4500 they demaned me to pay. Being aware i was being follwed through tracking, i did not leave valuable things. Instead, i had forgotten to take out 2 caps, which the intruders stole and benefitted from my nice caps. The first ******* was on 24th March at around 11h00 and 2nd on the 25 of March in the afternoon, around 19h00 or so. This was a week where i walked the path that is so t***** on bare foot, a possible taste of a walk to hell maybe! I don't wish it to anyone, not even my enermy deserves something like this that i am going through. A walk without Europecar is far better and i m returning the Nissan Mignite which was given to me after my 2nd ******* in exactly the same way.
