Beware of Nedbank building insurance

I currently have building insurance at Nedbank. However I loged a claim on the property on Monday the 23rd Sept 2019 for the theft of some copper pipes on the outside of the building. The claim was registered but for some or other reason that is where it remains. This is a practice and the Dr's and patients are now without water for a week. I now decided to pay for the repairs myself as the company ER Plumming that Nedbank appointed seems to be totally ********. Nedbank and ER Plumming definitely a losing team!
