BEWARE OF NEDBANK AND OLD MUTUAL

Good day, just a warning please if Nedbank is handling your will/estate be very careful and rather try someone else to handle these affairs'. We have been trying for almost 3 years no to get proper response and information from them' We requested an updated reconciliation, but to no avail. They sent us recons for 2019 May and June/July but they are stalling with an updated version. One of our concerns is that on the 1st recon was a certain amount withheld for possible SARS taxes, the very next recon that amount almost doubled? Besides that, it is already the 4rth person at Nedbank that is dealing with this estate after one of the previous employees I believe made a mess. It was clearly stated in correspondence from NEDBANK that it was "another Patrick case" I have been emailing them on a weekly basis with empty promises from there side. One of the managers phoned me more than a month ago and also promised a new recon, till today still nothing. When I enquired about "another Patrick case" I was told it has nothing to do with me. This beneficiary of this estate needs to generate a pension and just want figures which will enable her to do that. OLD MUTUAL also made a admin mistake which needs to be rectified. This was a R1 700 000 mistake ??????? Their consultant also did not report the death of the husband and still received his commission for almost 6 months, We are also still trying to sort this mess out as they too are non responsive to any of our queries
