Beware of AVO - they will not help you when the AVO turns brown

Very disappointed with recent experience with AVO. A service provider's driver "could not find me" and was very rude to me. When I refused to deal with the driver I was informed by AVO that their service provider will charge me for the failed delivery as I refused to take delivery. There is probably nothing I can do about it, but other consumers should be aware that AVO is happy to be the platform to arrange the deal, but when it goes sour they will wash their hands of your problems
