Beware Nedbank’s ***** Department

My credit card has been closed…. Not blocked…. Closed…. Without my consent…. I tried to get some answers on Saturday after my card had mysteriously been declined. I was told on Saturday and again today that I need to wait potentially 7 working days to get a response as Nedbank apparently has to do an investigation. No one can tell me who has control of my card. Do I need to check if money is being *****ulently taken out of my account.? I am none the wiser.
