BEWARE NEDBANK INSURANCE IS THE WORST!!!

I am one of the hundreds of people that is experiencing the worst service from Nedbank Insurance. Firstly I don't know how procurement vets their service providers. Some of their service providers have the worst ethics!. Then there is the issue of the claims administrators who are rude and unaccommodating. When raising a complaint, they just drop the call and ignore emails. I have asked to speak to a manager to expedite the matter, but managers seem to be unavailable to speak to the general public. I don't know if this will get anybody's attention, but I don't recommend anyone using Nedbank Insurance! They are quick to take your premium but offer the worst service every!
