BEWARE NEDBANK CC ghosts your money!!!

If I could give it a minus 1000 i would. I tried closing a Credit card for months. Kept going in to the branch. Was told it is closed only to find out the request of closure was cancelled. Last week i thought I finally succeeded. Was told all extra money i had paid into it would be available at CoB. Friday morning - still nothing. I called and was told the cancellation request was cancelled. Was promised it was NOW closed and money would be released shortly. Today Still nothing. I called again. After being round robbined to about 5 people. I was told the account is closed.. But guess what .. the money is gone - **** no trace.. When i threatened with the ombudsman for my money being ******. it was escalated to management and will only be resolved within a MINIMUM of 21 days!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Customer service suck and they ***** your money.
