Beware Nedbank banking Security

I had money withdrawn from my account **********ly from my small business account and was unable to get any assistance from the branch, small business banker, customer service department, management. None of my calls were returned and my mails went unanswered. i had to wait over 6 weeks only to be told that I was at fault. In my opinion, there is a major problem with Nedbank banking security and staff do not care or are not empowered to assist.
