Best walk in service

I went to re-order my credit card after I blocked I was told at the branch to call the Call Center after holding for some time the call center agent didn't make sense I asked to hold while I ask for the staff in the branch to speak to him. He dropped the call after i explained everything to the reception and she sent me to the teller consultant. He helped me with no fuss. They are very helpful and professional yet friendly people. Keep it up guys.
