Best Service Offered

This is my Bank that I appreciate with all my heart, yes I have all my eggs in one basket but I am proud of that. Last year 2020 the worst year as we are faced with a pandemic but i did put my trust to my bank to assist me through out, yes I was never affected much financially but the fact that i had so much needs and Nedbank was there for me. My family is grown and the current house that Nedbank bought for me is now way too small, i app**** for a New bond and I was dealing with Kurneal Chetty who was very professional kept me updated on the process and my Bond was approved immediately what a service EXCELLENT and best Customer Service I got from Him. Then in Dec i withdrew money as I was going on holiday I was ****** left stranded with no one to assist me but had to cry to my bank I requested an overdraft which was approved immediately i had access to the money and I continued with my journey spent a lovely holiday with my family. This was done online using the Nedbank money AP i didn't deal with any consultant on this matter but the App is user friendly and easy to use and i really appreciate that kind of technology thank you Nedbank and Team. Lastly since my bond has been approved there is so much monies required Transferers and Registrations etc but i had to ask for assistance again from my Bank not any other bank but My bank and yes they were there to help thank you Nedbank Greenstone Team Zuziwe Mkabile you are the Best Professional, friendly and keep up the good work, you even skipped your Lunch just to assist me. THANK YOU NEDBANK, I don't see myself banking with another bank as I very much doubt I can get this Best Service. Thank you again keep it up!!!!
