Nedbank Personal loan department is over all pathetic, Ive been calling for a week to get a paid up letter and close the account but I've been shoved from pillar to post, even reception is full of nonsense, they verify you then without any knowledge, they put you on hold and all of a sudden I soeak to another person and explain myself again. Today I spoke to a gentleman named Rafiq from the contact center and I must say, I've never received such beautiful service! He definitely takes customer service to another level. He was polite, he addressed my issues, he gave me reference numbers without me begging. I genuinely enjoyed speaking to him. Thank you Rafiq!
