Best Service Ever

I just open a cheque account with Nedbank, I was not fami**** with their app, I got the option to chat with a consultant via the app, Mmamokoena step in to assist, and I was struggling to communicate with her on chat due to bad connectivity on my side, Mmamokoena did not stand to loose the chat with me until she see that am sorted, she decided to make a phone call, wow we took almost 25minutes while she was busy educating me step by step, the knowledge she shared with me regarding Nedbank am now like 5years with the bank whereas is my first day, thank you so much Mmamokoena, Nedbank should not stand to loose her because wow, putting customers first, it looks like is her first name, #HappyCustomer. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
