Best service Ever

<p>I wish to compliment Natanya Gerber from Nedbank Festival mall on her best service! I deposited money at Nedbank festival mall into my MFC account paying for my vehicle but a wrong reference number was captured they could not locate the funds, I went again to Nedbank to sort out the matter, however it wasn’t an easy process as i had lost the deposit slip but she was able to think from my perspective and I could sense that she has passion in helping me. She communicated with relevant people to rectify the matter ASAP.</p> <p>I sincerely appreciate and am extremely grateful for the work, time and effort Natanya Gerber put into making sure my transactions went smoothly into my vehicle account. I was stressed thinking that I lost my money. Her charismatic character and friendly disposition towards her clients instantly makes her patient and approachable.I Ioffered her lunch money thanking for her for the best service but She friendly said no thanks, "its my duty to serve you as my client."</p> <p>Natanya Gerber does not hesitate to go the extra mile for her clients, serving them with dedication and care.
