Best service ever

On Monday 11th I went to the Nedbank branch in Goodwood mall. I was helped by a gentleman Emlyn Davids. I have received the most outstanding service from him. He had a great attitude throughout and even going the extra mile in helping me on my enquiries. He is very patient and explained everything to me that I needed to know regarding what I asked him. Even tough at the end of the day I decided against the loan I was going to take with him....he was very understanding and didn't go cold like some would go if the customer didn't take a deal. I believe because for him it goes beyond just making money out of the customer but this is true customer service. I can go on n on but I just wanted to compliment for his great service.
