Best Insurance Call Ever—Thanks to Daisy!

I had an amazing customer service experience with Daisy Arnolds from Nedbank Insurance Claims today. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. I initially called to declare that I have a tenant, and she reassured me that my policy remains valid. She also informed me that I could claim for a roof leak caused by recent storms—something I wasn’t even aware of!

Unlike past experiences with other consultants, Daisy made me feel valued, and her positive attitude was refreshing. She even registered my claim while we were still on the call, and I immediately received an SMS confirmation, which I shared with my tenant—who was equally impressed by the swift handling of the matter.
