Best experience ever...

I went to Nedbank at Middelburg mall in Mpumalanga. The best banking experience I ever had. This lady, Margaret, helped me so patiently and with utmost professionalism that I have never seen from a bank employee ever. That is a great branch, with the best staff, and the branch manager is just the best. The other staff members was very friendly and helpful.

Nedbank, you can really give Mrs. Margaret a promotion and/or pay increase. She walked the extra mile to sort out all the issues on my account, and was just the best. She did not give up or became irate at all, (as I am not the easiest client at times), and she just was the best.

I am impressed, really. Great branch, excellent staff, and Mrs Margaret is just such an excellent and professional addition to the Nedbank group.
