I had a problem with one of my investments and had no joy in getting it resolved, after being told different things from different people i finally had the good fortune to get through to Tatum Nelson. She understood my problem immediately, without me having to repeat myself and in no time had assisted me and cleared everything. I have never come across anyone as helpful in the banking circle, I honestly believe this is how she treats everyone as she didn't expect more than a \thanks".
