Best Customer Service Ever

After about 20 calls and being transferred around to various departments and persons, I gave up on solving my problem. <br> <br> Out of frustration I went to the branch but with no hope since I was told by your collections dept the branch won't be able to assist me, <br> <br> While explaining my problem for the hundredth time today to reception, a lady, Claudene overheard and without any word just started calling around and assisting me by herself. <br> <br> And she got the impossible done! After just a few minutes my problem was solved as she phoned me to come and pick up the document I so urgently needed. <br> <br> Excellent customer service like this I haven't seen in many years, especially from a bank. <br> Nedbank, (and all the others for that matter) should get a 1000 more Claudene's. <br> <br> I hope you take care of her and make her a bank manager ASAP. Then things will run as they should. <br> <br> Well done Claudene and thank you very much for your help, once again.<br> God bless.
