Best customer service consultants. Friendly and proffesional

I made a payment into an incorrect account, after a lot of running around for almost 3 months with no one know what 2 do , 3 consultants stood out Kayakazi N from the Call centre, Jabulani Mav also from the Call centre as well and Enrico from the Nedbank Canal walk went all out. The 2 Call centre agents, calling back and forth trying to find solutions. The last consultant was face to face being Enrico L . Just like the 2 Call centre agents he went all out for me, calling and emailing me to keep me updated till I got my refund. Not forgetting how professional and friend him and all 3. They turned a nightmare into the best service ever. I hope all 3 are acknowledged and rewarded, we need people like that. Thank you guys
