On Friday after lunch I worked into this branch, Braamfontein Branch - I had a problem with my APP am still a new customer in Nedbank. walking in this lady teller (how I knew that that she was a teller, when she went back to her original space) was at the reception area, I informed this lady that I have a problem with my APP, she was assisting another client, she then offered me a seat to attend to me immediately after she is done. while still assisting this other client the actual person that sits at the front desk walked in, she immediately turned to me and assured me that I will be assisted because the right person just walked in. to cut the story short, when she went back to her space she kept on assuring me that I will be assisted followed it up even when the guy was assisting, she made it sure that am happy with the assistance am being offered until I was helped and happy. I went to her to thank her for constantly checking on me - she was friendly to all the customers that walk in - in fact not only her - there was another coloured lady I think she is financial advisor - she also came out from her cubicle asking clients if are they helped, usher them to the right place , she will take them there personally to make sure that they are assisted. Nedbank Braamfontein Branch they are friendly, their hospitality is great. friendly and happy environment brings more clients.
