Let me me start by saying in all the years I have been banking in South Africa (30+ years), with the different institutions, I have never had such phenomenal service from one individual. Mohamed Fareed Alli, from Nedbank Ferndale branch, took the time to explain all the services, answered all our questions but took it further by providing us financial insight to achieve our personal financial banking goals.
