after 3 agents with no assistance, khubulani Thabethe from the client service helped me and did more, from the frustrations I had they went away on that 1 call with her, Nedbank we need more of Khumbulani please being transferred over and over is frustrating honesty, I only want to speak to Khubulani now only , cause the services is poor, the agents do not know who deals with what, this also comes from a call I made to be assisted for Avo a Month ago, thank God for Khumbulani my day was made ;) am a happy client.
