Went into Nedbank to collect my cards. I stood in the row, but there was no one in front of me. Then I was confronted by a woman who said I must collect a ticket I cannot just stand in the line. Really and then another ticket nr was called even as I was 1st. Then I was informed that only one of my cards is there. Really pathetic Nedbank, and then after I banked for more then 28 years with you.
