Being **** to, and ****med by Nedbank

I took a personal loan with Nedbank, they they called and asked me to move my salary with them, open an account and I will receive R200 cash back every month, until the term of my loan, which is 4 years.

Now it's been 4months already, I have been calling Nedbank querying why I don't receive what I have been promised, they keep on telling me stories of about my requirements to qualify being incomplete and what I should do in order to complete.

I have done everything they asked for, and the loan contract that I signed with Nedbank is up to date.

Today this morning I receive a phone call from Nedbank, apologizing and promising to fix it, only to derail even more. Now they call me to tell me, the reason I don't qualify is that I'm in arrears of 2 cent, like how come because the bank deducts and never missed a payment even once.
