Being sold a dream that has left me in financial constraint

<p>I accidentally paid my balloon earlier than expected assuming I was done paying the car off and I would be able to pay off my loan for the ballon payment. Only to find out I still had a year and when I initially ask for a refund and informed them of the error I was informed I had to wait 21 working day. I waited 30 working days only to call and be told I would not be getting the refund cause I made two late payment... now I can barely keep afloat.</p>
