Being charged cash deposit fee for no reason

I have a JustInvest account with Nedbank. I deposited money into this account via EFT from another bank, however I got charged a cash deposit fee. According to your website, the cash deposit fee is only applicable in the case of depositing more than R4000 CASH in a month. I didn't deposit cash, nor was the amount deposited anywhere close to R4000. Pls reverse this charge and ensure that it doesn't happen again. <br> <br> I have been to Pavilion branch to resolve this. After waiting forever in the queue, the video banking consultant agrees with me that this is an error but said that she cannot help and that I must raise a dispute with the bank, hence this complaint.<br> <br> Pls resolve asap.<br> <br>
