********* Behavior from Nedbank

I took out a personal loan from Nedbank, the process was easy. Then I called around 5 times to ask them to cancel the loan and that was within their time frames, no one would assist, they would transfer me around until someone dropped. I kept the loan, now I would like to make extra payments, and this is proving to be equally difficult. This to me is a bit *********, like its easy to get someone into debt and extremely difficult when they want to get out of it. I am extremely disappointed in them considering I had also considered them to do my banking with and now I would never and would never even suggest someone works with them.
