Beep Bank will never evolve into what it should be.

I have banked with Nedbank for years, my car is through MFC and I was a strong supporter of beep bank throughout the decades, despite other banks far succeeding their innovation and ability to make a difference to their clients. I even placed my business' bank with them. This was a massive mistake. Do NOT attempt this for your business. I am moving away from them entirely due to a simple yet fixable situation. I cannot download my bank feeds into SAGE. This leaves my business open to manual finger error and potential losses. It has been proven it is a Nedbank issue, as a different bank, whom I have now opened a business account with, pulls through perfectly first time. All I asked for was a standard teams meeting, between Nedbank and SAGE so that we could sort out the issue on SAGE and have our bank feeds pull through. Even approaching the CEO of the company is fruitless. He just ignores you, along with your business banker, the very person appointed to assist you in your business banking. It is their entire job to ensure that your account runs smoothly and that you bank with ease. They are so unwilling to assist you that I have now begun moving my entire portfolio away from them. My car is up for trade in, I will absolutely not even use MFC again due to this. That aside, their personal banker I used to have was amazing. Pity their business bankers are terrible and unwilling to assist you to resolve a problem that more than likely has a simple solution. So disappointed.
