Good day

My name is Mrs Lucy Adam a good client of Nedbank been banking with Nedbank for years to cut long story short on Saturday I received a phone call from a lady saying she is working for Nedbank saying there is something debiting on my account every month and it is debiting R99..after she started confirming all my information which are very private and personal information about my banking details, honestly I was suspicious but after she confirmed everything as it is like my full name ,address,cellphone number and ACC number but said I must confirm the last digits only to find out I was ****med,so my question is how do they know my information is it a inside job?how will I trust Nedbank again after this?nothing like this ever happened to me and at this point I am doubting Nedbank hence I have been using this bank for years and a very loyal client to them.Please assist because I want my money back from Nedbank.
