Been 7 weeks and still no help

7 weeks ago, i was a victim to atm *****, i reported the matter and opened a case, i went to the bank and filled out a ***** case form which had to be submitted to the bank in order for me to be reimbursed for this matter.<br> <br> its been 7 weeks and still i have not been paid out, one of my colleagues had a similar situation with another bank and she was paid out 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> this is unacceptable as i understand that neither of the two parties are responsible for this but i need my money, how am i to make it through the month, i have to borrow money for transport and food, i am a sales consultant not a millionaire.
