BE CAREFUL OF NEDBANK

A transaction on new card went of on ubereats the consultants were unable to assist me, I banked with them for over 5 years and yes they have stories. I reported a *****ulent transaction on my account, Nedbank cannot assist you of their negligence nor *****. I advised I have not used the card number for months and they closed my account. I sent my complaint to the ombudsman. Their manager did not even make an effort after being told that the manager called.
