Be Aware: Nedbank makes their clients pay when Nedbank make an error
In May 2023, I received a call from a Nedbank agent stating that my credit credit card is about to expire in June 2023. I have both the Master and Amex cards. The agent asked if I would like it delivered to my house or to the branch. I requested my house. I was then told that it would be delivered on Monday 5 June and I chose a timeslot from 12 to 3, something like that. On Monday I received one card, I opened and saw that it was my Amex. I then asked where my Master was and the courier said that they only received one. I then the *** number at 15.50 and spoke to Tebogo. I explained that I only received one card. Tebogo then told me that it was going to the branch in Langebaan. I said no it should come to my house as I work remotely. Tebogo then proceeded to tell me that I would now have to pay R160 for it to be rerouted to my home. Why do I need to pay for the banks error. Why would the bank only send the Amex and not the Master to my home ? Now they want me to pay for that error. Really, only Nedbank
