BDS ABSA UNKNOWN TRANSACTIONS

Nedbank has become thee worst bank, I once wrote a complaint regarding unknown transactions happening namely BDS Absa but never got any response, I don't know if they doing that cause there's no money in my account so they see that I'm not worthy of being contacted by them. Come month end I'm definitely taking my brokenness elsewhere. Can't stand being charged for not using my card and worst of all for them not to bother getting back to me. Nedbank deserves nothing but the worst bank rating ever. I could never be with a bank that sends you an sms saying your account is overdrawn but you as the card owner you know very well that you never even used the card cause there's no money in it. Nedbank has just lost a broke customer from me they can stay with their unhealthy services...
