BDS Absa Ins Funds **** - Nedbank

R8-60 has been debited from my account twice on the 25th of October 2021. The description is BDS ABSA Ins Funds. I've spoken to a chat agent by the name of Teacen......no you at all with him. He say they can reverse of put stop payment to this unauthorized debit order.........I need to block my card......How Pathetic!!!!!!!
