Battle getting paid up letter

28 November 2019 10:33am. I just spent 30 minutes being transferred to one agent to the next, only for the phone to be out down by the consultant, without any help. Nedbank was quick to flag my default on transunion. I have subsequently paid them in full, but now battling to get a paid up letter so that I can have the default deleted from my profile.
