Bas Customer support

I’m pretty sure Nedbank has very poor customer service. I want to warn the public and share my bad experience. I asked Nedbank for a statement so I could close my account. Since August, I’ve been trying to get proper feedback, but nothing has worked. Because of the customer service and support, I don’t recommend Nedbank as a reliable financial institution.
