Barbaric service

Good day I have two issues that are not seating well with me , my name is lesego shigoaka

Last month I lost my phone then happened to open a new bank account with nedbank, As I do not have a proper phone I tried to visit both Northmead branch ND lakeside branch, I've experienced a very bad service from lake side branch as the lady I forgot her name was so mean to me when I told her I'm new in this bank and my card is blocked she never assisted me on how to apply for a new card she even told me I cant print out the statement but when I went out to the self service machine I managed to print out the statement, so I want to understand that how can I get a new card so I get rid of the one that's blocked no one is assisting.

Secondly I would like to look at African bank and absa as ive been owing them for long even when I try to keep repaying them their debts keep increasing rather than decreasing please assist
