banks exploiting comsumers with costs amking it impossible for the debt to be paid!!

Nedbank has , acquired a default and a judgement against my name and in a period of 10 years since then, they received the capital amount and the interest above the capital amount. Please be aware that section 103 of the credit act stipulates that the interest can not exceed the capital amount, the banks know this but still pursue cases to exploit the consumers who don't know about "the common law in dulpim rule".
