Banks are ******** of how court orders operate

On the 13th of February 2020 Nedbank debitted my account for the sum of R5402.56 from a so called court order. I requested the documentation and clearly their staff are ******** of court documents. They took the information of my account which was in the block where my name should have been, the summons was never served to me, there is no details on how the debt is configured...but they processed the debit. Most importantly they omitted to advise me that would be debitting my account and I only discovered this after checking my account. I expected more from Nedbank
